Why Choose Fit Vit?
My focus centers on addressing musculoskeletal issues, including back, shoulder, neck, and knee discomfort, as well as a wide range of health concerns. I established FitVit on October 8, 2016, marking my role as Moga's first personal trainer. I introduced yoga therapy sessions, pregnancy-related training, functional training, and solutions for back pain. Leveraging my extensive expertise in yoga and fitness, I consistently achieve significant results in fat loss, strength training, and overall health enhancement.
